Located in Bao'an District, Shiyan street, is the 2012 Shiyan street one of the top ten livelihood projects. Yangtai Mountain Forest Park has a total planned area of 3120 hectares. The main construction contents include forest transformation and restoration of ecological environment, construction of necessary infrastructure, management and service facilities, forest fire prevention facilities, scenic spot projects and project investment of 91.76 million yuan Taishan Forest Park Shiyan Area entrance square investment 74.73 million yuan.

The project was completed and delivered in January 2013.
